If you adopt the per-item storage way, then we will take great care for your item(s) and if anything should happen to diminish it’s value whilst in our possession, we’ll compensate you fully!
How does Payper storage work?
You store your ITEMS of VALUE with us.
We:
- Collect your item(s),
- store them securely and
- return them to you when you need them back –
Consider Payper Storage an EXTENSION of your HOME.
Our entire relationship can be managed ONLINE, from scheduling collecting, special instructions, tracking and retrieving your item.
How much will it cost me?
Monthly
Per month storage fees for storing an item for longer than 2 months
Included in the fees:
- 1x Free standard ‘Next day’ Collection within 20km from the centre of Sandton
- 1x Free standard ‘Next Day’ Deliver within 20 km from the centre of Sandton
- Full cover ON US, on agreed value
- Special instructions will be quote on a per instruction basis
Weekly
Per week storage fees for storing an item for shorter than 2 months
Included in the fees:
- One time collection fee of R100
- One time delivery fee of R100,
- Full cover ON US, on agreed value
- Special instructions will be quote on a per instruction basis
Collection / Retrieval
- Same day Express delivery within 20km – R100
- Super Express Delivery (within 2 hours) within 20km – R200
- Delivery beyond 20km but not exceeding 50km – R5 per extra km
- Extra cleaning / wrapping – On requestPromotional Discounts –See Social media

What areas does Payper storage serve?
Our services are currently available to the greater Sandton area.
What can I store?
Any items in the value range of between R1000 and R200 000 that aren’t illegal, hazardous, perishable or easily breakable.
What are the standard operating hours?
We operate
Monday to Friday: 7 am to 7 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8 am to 1 pm
Public Holidays: 8 am to 1 pm
All standard and express collections and deliveries, can we arranged, through the PAYPER APP
Can I deliver, retrieve, access items myself?
No. Only authorised Payper Storage personnel are allowed access to our warehouses, as a measure to protect our customers’ property and identities.
Plus with our service levels and value guarantee, we believe it’s just not necessary.
What about insurance?
Yes, your items are automatically comprehensively insured once in our care, whether in transit or in storage.
All you need to do is advise the agreed value on your instruction.
How secure is the warehouse?
Our storage facility is protected with an alarm system, patrolling guards, 24-hour camera surveillance and fire protection systems.
Access is strictly controlled, and each item is also tracked individually for added peace of mind.
What about the logistics team?
We do our own logistics to make collections/deliveries as seamless as possible. We trust our guys, all of whom have clear background checks, have been with us for years, and trained in delivering great customer service.
Is there a size or weight limit to my item?
Weight: Any single piece < 200kg, Dimension limits on any single piece: Length < 2 m and height < 1,5m Let’s chat to confirm, if you have any doubts.
Waiting times for collection and deliveries?
Once you’ve requested a particular date and time, our logistics team will endeavour to be there within that hour.
If your plans change advise us immediately and we’ll figure out an alternative plan immediately.
We’ll swop mutual confirmations via Whatsapp 60 min before the scheduled rendezvous , or we’ll see you next day.
How do I arrange collection or delivery?
Your instructions can be scheduled online by logging into your profile and following the collection / delivery prompts
Do I need to mark my items for storage tracking or retrieval?
When booking your item for collection, you’ll be asked describe, take photos and give us special instructions.
For added peace of mind, we’ll tag your items and add high-security level tracking devises, so that if it ever moves without your instruction, you’ll know immediately (so will we).
You can log in to your account to add or access these features whenever you want.
How do I get my items back?
Simply sign into your account, click on ’Retrieve my items’, then select a date and time that suits you. Please remember to distinguish between our standard (free) and express (fee) options.
How far and wide will you collect from or deliver to?
Remember we’re located in the Sandton area, servicing a radius of 20km from the centre of Sandton, which means besides your home, we can service the airport or local golf course if that’s where you want your item, but remember there is an additional fee of between R100 and R1000 (depending on the stated value of the item) for non-primary residence/office destinations.
How does billing work?
You will be billed monthly via your credit or debit card in advanced. When you place an instruction, your card will be charged immediately and then again once a month.
We also accept EFT payments or debit orders by arrangement.
Is my banking information safe?
We do not store any of your financial information – when you submit your payment details they are encrypted and processed directly by the payment gateway
